Corporate Volunteering
Play a key role in the success of Grace Institute Participants
Our corporate partners play a valuable role in the learning process and confidence-building of our participants. Through volunteering events like interview training, career coaching, and guest speaking, your company can collaborate with Grace Institute participants and staff, fostering dynamic, meaningful relationships that leave a lasting impact on the lives of our graduates.
Interview Training Takeover
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 20-25
To help our participants prepare for job interviews, we host virtual small group mock interviews. These interview training sessions allow our program participants to prepare for the next step of their career journey. Every volunteer works with two groups of 3-5 participants during two 45 minute sessions. Zoom links and interview questions will be emailed to volunteers 3-4 days prior to the event. All sessions take place on Fridays from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Dates available on request.
Coffee and conversation with participants
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 5-35
Join Grace Institute’s participants, leadership and staff for coffee and conversation to share career experiences, challenges and inspiration. These informal gatherings are a great way to connect with participants and share insights with women as they start their professional careers. All sessions take place on Tuesday or Thursday mornings. Dates available on request.

Career Coaching Q&A
Volunteers needed: 1-5
To help our alumnae continue their professional development, we host virtual career coaching Q & A sessions that are offered to all graduates of our programs. Alumnae are asked to bring their most pressing career questions or challenges to their session to discuss with a volunteer in a 1:1 or small group setting. Volunteers assist by offering anecdotal professional guidance during two 20-minute rounds. Dates available on request.
Guest Speakers for Leadership & Management Class
This is a one-hour, one-time virtual volunteer opportunity. A hiring manager, HR leader, or administrative professional (Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Finance Coordinator, Healthcare Representative or Call Center Representative) joins us to speak during a Leadership & Management class. Speakers with non-traditional backgrounds or non-linear career paths are especially impactful. Dates available on request.
