Supporting graduates throughout their professional careers.
Once placed in a new role, graduates have one year of access to our Alumnae Services to ensure job retention and career improvement. These services include career counseling, personal development and mindfulness meetings, and professional development workshops.
Alumnae of Grace Institute also gain lifetime access to our annual Alumnae Upskilling workshop and weekly job clubs. Additionally, graduates join a community of more than 1,000 active Grace Institute Alumnae supporting each other online and in-person – where they network, share advice, and celebrate success.
Services Offered to Alumnae:

- MetroCard for job search on an as-needed basis
- One-on-one career counseling on an as-needed basis

- Personal Development Workshops: Working Women’s Wind Down Wednesdays & Mindset Mondays
- Referrals to Dress for Success or Bottomless Closet for professional clothing
- Job clubs and free continuous learning opportunities
- Referrals to partner hiring agencies
