Community Partners

At Grace Institute, we are proud to collaborate with community organizations to empower our participants through career training and professional development.

Our community partners amplify our work, provide services to Grace participants and graduates, and refer their clients to Grace Institute programs. Together, we can drive meaningful change and help individuals achieve lasting success in the workforce.

Community Partnership FAQs

Community partners refer clients who meet eligibility requirements (women or non-binary individuals, 18-64 years old, with U.S. work authorization) and are ready to engage in career training.

Interested organizations can partner by submitting information through the community referral form below, referring candidates through the client referral form, sharing recruitment opportunities, and co-hosting workshops or job fairs. Partners can also align resources and support services for participants.

Participants receive job readiness workshops, financial literacy coaching wellness resources, and technology support, including loaner laptops and internet access if needed.

Success is tracked through graduation rates, job placements, and long-term employment outcomes. The program also monitors alumnae engagement to promote sustained career growth.
