Opportunities for Corporate Partnership
Grace Institute works to leverage the strengths of the corporate sector on behalf the women who participate in Grace Institute. Our corporate partners invest in our participants with their financial and volunteer resources.
Grace Institute’s Corporate Partnership Program is a unique way for your company or organization to fully connect with Grace participants and graduates and empower them to earn successful, career ladder jobs. Our partners are committed to helping women realize their own potential and helping them empower their families and communities.
Opportunities include efforts driven by integrated partnerships including both traditional and innovative approaches, such as; strategic philanthropy through financial donations, in-kind contributions, inclusion in employee-giving program and cause-marketing initiatives.
Your Funding Helps Support Crucial Programs
In order to train and place 300 women annually and support our alumna with continued job training skills and career supports, Grace Institute must raise $2.7 million this year. Corporate support is a crucial part of our budget.
$75,000 enables 120 women from our Administrative Professional day program to participate in an internships program for 5 weeks (80 hours) helping them put to use all of the skills learned during our program and helping them add to their resume.
$40,000 underwrites office technology instruction for 120 women from our Administrative Professionals day program so that they can learn the computer skills required for a career ladder job. Closing the digital literacy gap is crucial to preparing women for jobs that will carry them into the future.
$11,250 underwrites the cost of one woman to graduate from Grace Institute’s Administrative Professional or Patient Service Representative programs and work with our Employment Service team for up to one year to be placed in a job. The average graduate increases their earning from $6,000 before enrollment to $32,000 and benefits.
$4,000 provides twice monthly professional coaching for graduates while they look for a job or during the first year of their new job.
$1,500 pays for an Employment Service specialist to work with a participant one on one, for up to one year, to help them find a full-time, career ladder job with benefits. Graduates’ average salary is 5 times more than what they made before enrollment.
