Business Skills Evening Program
We offer a six-month tuition-free training program designed for women who are already
employed and are interested in mastering computer and business skills. Students in the
evening program may also be looking for aid in transitioning from one job to another.
All students who successfully receive their certificates are eligible for job placement
assistance upon completion of the program.
Students participate in computer classes that teach both the basics and more advanced
aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite. Business Writing class reviews the basics of
grammar and good writing and assists students in putting together documents. Office
Procedures class explores how to advance in a career, how to navigate and solve office
issues, how to improve communication skills, and how to present oneself in work situations.
